+ Fixed not being able to use radios at all due to an unannounced change by bohemia

+ Fixed very loud obnoxious sound from cars when the engine gets damaged. (I think..?, can't reproduce locally)

+ Potentially fixed FIA faction showing as a playable faction when it is in fact not a playable faction... If you're able to join it then don't. You'll just get stuck not being able to play. Again not something I can reproduce locally and just randomly happens so I can't say for sure if its fixed..
