Wasteland Changes

+ Disabled far hide on all vanilla clothing

+ Enabled Far hide on viper hoods (not that it matters because chernarus doesn't work with far hide)

+ RDS and Holos with the G33 or Aimpoint 3XMag should be useable under night vision now.

+ Death screen is now blacked out with the SFX muted.

+ Added Simple GPS by Northgate, its neat. The GPS goes in your watch slot, you can customize it via the settings menu.
