Wasteland 0.2.78 - Bench Lessons

The Marrow now teaches its trades with the materials in hand. Trader Dane fronts the scrap for your first ingot at the communal smelter, Kell the Rigsmith hands you the makings of your first copper wire at the workbench, and Doc Salter supplies the organics to boil your first reagents at the cook fire - three side quests where the quest provides the materials, so learning to craft costs you nothing but the walk to the bench. Each lesson pays scrap and experience, supplies enough for the fumbled early pulls, and the chain starts at Dane's stall. Also fixes two tutorial quests whose final step could never trigger.
