Wasteland 0.2.81 - No Law Past the Wire

Two new zones open east of the deep column, and neither answers to anyone: THE BLACKSITE, a wire-fenced research campus past the Pale Ward, and THE SUNKEN ARCHIVE, a half-drowned civic quarter off the Tideback. Both read LAWLESS on the compass - PvP is live, death drops everything you carry, and the best answer to another crew is the one you bring. Inside them stand the dungeons the Dormant Lab Cores actually come from: the Sealed Ward, the Site Records Annex, the Drowned Stacks and the Learning Annex - each one wakes its keeper, the Site Custodian or the Archive Warden, and ONLY those keepers carry cores now. War-bosses still carry Surveyor's Writs; the cores have an address, and the address is lawless. Also fixes the settings, credits and field manual screens opening behind the pause menu.
