Wasteland 0.2.83 - The Wheel Turns

Your compound learns two new tricks. A belt-driven GRAIN MILL grinds the stash's corn and grain to flour while the power holds - corn is a new crop at the seed racks and in the scrubland growth, and flour bakes into hearth bread at the cook fire. Every placed structure can now be SCRAPPED from its walk-up card: rare parts like the lab core come back whole, common materials at half, and anything still holding goods refuses until you empty it. Also fixed: a placed laboratory silently ate one of your fourteen structure slots - that slot comes back on its own.
